Damage products received by individual, must  report condition of products by email same day the products is received at: whitneybolton@yahoo.com with brief descriptions.
  • Return DVDs and CDS for exchanged: Within 7days (must be unopened, still in its plastic wrap)
  • No replacement will be offered for Open products.
  • Return DVDs and CDs for  exchange: (ONLY defective or wrong shipped products can be returned)
  •  No refund is offered
